Sat 27th
8am-12pm: Events set up, meet and greet.
11:30am: Introduction by Rodney M Page, Adam Jarvis, Brett Jeffrey and Rob Hanlon welcoming everyone to MNCTCC.
12.00-2pm: Climbing demonstrations by Juri Megarrity and Henk Morgans performing ariel rescue, safe climbing practices, and new rigging gear.
2.00-3.00pm: Climbers gear check and registration by Judges, (conducted by head judge Rodney M Page).
3.00-3.30 pm: Officials, volunteers, timekeepers meeting for rules briefing at work climb tree.
3.00- 4.30pm: Competitions climb demonstration by Juri Megarrity and Henk Morgans. One on one climbing demonstrations available for competitors.
4.30-5.30pm: Close of day. Volunteers needed for help trade stalls pack away.
Sun 28th
7.00-8.00 am: Judges and Officials meeting. Assessment of competition trees and climbers briefing.
8.00 am: Start of competition.
11.30am: Vermeer stump grinding demonstration.
12.30pm: Bandit stump grinding demonstration.
1:30pm: Rayco stump grinding demonstration.
2.00-3.00 pm: Final scoring for qualification to Masters Final.
3.00-4.00 pm: Masters Event.
4.30 pm: Presentations, thank you’s and goodbyes.
**Super axe log splitters and Lucas timber mill demos throughout the day**.
Volunteers needed for event shutdown and trade stalls to be packed away.

In consideration of acceptance of my application for entry as a contestant in the Mid North Coast Tree Climbing Championship (MNCTCC), I hereby waive any and all claims I may have at any time, and any and all claims which might otherwise be made by, or on behalf of, or on account of me, or by any person or entity in any way as my subrogates against the Mid North Coast Tree climbing championship, Port Macquarie Racecourse, its officer, directors, employees, agents, members, guests, invitees, and any person who would be lawfully entitles to indemnification from any of them for any liability to, or on behalf of, or on account of me, for any injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever arising on account of or in consequence of my activities or participation in the MNCTCC, or in any other way related to the MNCTCC. I further agree to hold the Mid North Coast Tree climbing championship, Port Macquarie Racecourse, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, guests, and invitees, safe and harmless from any expense for defence, settlement, payment of damages or other expenses relating in any way to injuries sustained by me in any way related to the MNCTCC. I recognise and assume all risks and danger involved in my participation, and will not under any circumstances rely upon the care, attention, or
assurance of anyone other than myself for matters relating to my safety.
